Doctor Tutar has active license(s) in multiple states (MO, CA, KY, IN, FL, PA, OH), and he has the ability to see you via tele-health if you are located in one of those states. Because of the declaration of the nationwide disaster due to Covid-19, temporarily, he has the ability to see patients via Tele Health in several other states Including New York and New Jersey, during the Covid- 19 disaster period.  we will check your state before we schedule the appointment.

• Lab request(s) for Covid-19 and other labs

• Request for EKG and CXR

• Prescriptions if clinically indicated

• Other imaging modalities, if clinically indicated

• Additional actions/requests if clinically indicated
